Its execution incorporates methods of animal slaughtering which are mechanical, high-speed, and devoid of stress, humanized, augmenting meat quality and reducing slaughterhouse overloads. Extreme cleanliness and sanitation, needing constant state automation, as well as the ever-present hygiene, temperature preservation, and slaughterhouse standards demand the implementation of automated controlled machinery. The design and maintenance of the slaughtering system were made to increase the productivity of the production yields and minimize operational downtimes.
