We have fully eliminated any manual work for almost all stages in the sausage making process owing to our fully automatic systems. The line begins with meat being placed into the mincer, progresses through forming, stuffing, cooking, and terminates at the packaging stage. All of this is done with minimal human supervision. Robotic arms and other machines perform all tasks and actions which are not manual with absolute precision. These meat sausages are fully cooked and controllable at every step, everything is handled flawlessly right from the machinery. The different types and sizes are made on an as wished basis and the automated production line can be modified automatically within a minute. Because of all these fully automated solutions, we can greatly lower operational costs, significantly reduce errors made in during production, and therefore increase productivity which enhances our competitive advantage.
